Shah Foods' Board has undergone a major management overhaul following a successful open offer. The Jalan group, led by Mr. Ankit and Mr. Anuj Jalan, are now the new promoters. Key appointments include Mr. Anuj Jalan as Chairman & Additional Managing Director, Mr. Rajkumar Jalan as Additional Executive Director, and Mr. Daivik Jalan as an Additional Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. Three new Independent Directors (Ms. Pragati Goel, Mr. Shivam Gupta, Mr. Giri Raj Prasar) and new Company Secretary & CFO were also appointed. All director appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The previous MD, CS, and several directors have stepped down, marking a complete leadership transition to align with the new promoter's strategic direction.
