The company's board has approved a significant business expansion and capital restructuring. It will acquire 100% of Cultureantique Jewellery Private Limited (CJPL) for Rs. 90 Cr through a share swap, making CJPL a wholly-owned subsidiary. This move diversifies operations by entering the gold and silver jewellery manufacturing and selling segment. To facilitate this, the authorized share capital will increase by Rs. 90 Cr to Rs. 118.01 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved a preferential issue of 9 crore new shares for the acquisition and appointed a new internal auditor.
