SBI's subsidiary, SBI Funds Management, filed its IPO prospectus. The Offer for Sale comprises up to 203,709,239 shares, a 10.0013% stake. SBI will divest up to 6.3007% of its holding in SBIFM, aiming for a significant cash inflow.
