    Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-07-2026: Conversion

    Cholafin converted 20,000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (worth Rs 20 Cr) into 13,54,940 new equity shares at Rs 1476.08 each. This increased paid-up capital from Rs 170.53 Cr to Rs 170.80 Cr, and issued capital from Rs 170.67 Cr to Rs 170.94 Cr.
