TIL Limited — Important, 09-07-2026: Committee Meeting Updates

TIL Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of fully paid-up shares to eligible shareholders who remitted the first and final call money for partly paid shares previously issued on a Rights basis. This decision follows the closure of the call money period. The Committee also sanctioned sending reminders to shareholders who have not yet paid the call money, which will be accepted exclusively via Non-ASBA mode.
