The company plans to infuse ₹109.19 Cr into Velgaon, which is a Project SPV established for the "Establishment of 400/220 kV Velgaon Substation (GIS)". This strategic investment in the power transmission and distribution sector solidifies Ceigall's presence in key infrastructure projects, leveraging its role as the selected bidder for the TBCB Process project. Velgaon Power Transmission, with a current paid-up capital of ₹0.05 Cr, will utilize these funds to implement the project. This move underscores Ceigall's growth in the energy infrastructure space.
