Oneclick Logistics clarified fund use: Public & Preferential Issue funds were used as planned. However, ₹8.01 Cr from Rights Issue, initially for Veesham acquisition, was diverted to Indispice. This deviation requires shareholder approval. ₹27 Cr from the Rights Issue remains unutilized.
