Mr. Pandey, a Non-Executive & Professional Director, brings over eight years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and administrative management. He holds an M.Com and B.Com Hons., and his expertise will enhance the board's oversight and strategic capabilities until the next Annual General Meeting. He is not related to existing directors.
