    Dixon Technologies and vivo Mobile India formed a JV for OEM manufacturing of smartphones and electronics in India. Dixon holds 51%, VMI 49%, with initial capital of ₹5 Cr. This strengthens Dixon's presence in the Android smartphone ecosystem.
