Dixon Technologies (India) Limited — JV/Acquisition, 09-07-2026: Acquisition

Dixon Technologies has partnered with vivo Mobile India (VMI) to form a Joint Venture (JV) for manufacturing electronic devices, including smartphones, in India. Dixon will hold a 51% controlling stake in the new JV Co, making it a subsidiary. The JV's initial paid-up capital is INR 5 Cr. This strategic move is set to bolster Dixon's manufacturing capabilities, expand its OEM business, and significantly strengthen its foothold in India's Android smartphone ecosystem.
