MKP Mobility Ltd — Important, 09-07-2026: Company Update

MKP Mobility announced an internal share transfer within its promoter group. Mr. Jitesh Patodia, a promoter, will gift 35,137 equity shares, representing 1.03% of the company's capital, to Mr. Anshay Patodia, who is also part of the promoter group. This off-market transaction is an inter-se transfer without consideration. Importantly, this movement of shares among immediate relatives does not alter the total shareholding of the promoter and promoter group, ensuring their cumulative ownership remains unchanged.
