This conversion generated ₹ 0.225 Cr for the company from the warrant holders, who paid ₹ 4.5 per warrant, representing the remaining 75% of the issue price. Post-allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹ 28.28 Cr to ₹ 28.48 Cr. This capital infusion strengthens the balance sheet and supports ongoing business operations.
