Bank's consolidated balance sheet exceeded ₹10 lakh Cr with net advances up 16.19% to ₹4.96 lakh Cr. Consolidated PAT was ₹19,103 Cr. Asset quality improved; gross NPA to 1.20%. RBI levied ₹1.23 Cr in penalties. KMIL's business will integrate into the Bank. Board declared ₹0.65 dividend/share.
