Tahmar Enterprises has received a demand notice from Kolhapur District Central Co-operative Bank for Rs. 24.40 Crore. This demand, under the SARFAESI Act, is linked to a mortgage on company land and requires payment within sixty days. However, the company is actively contesting this notice, asserting that the demand violates established frameworks for the revival and rehabilitation of micro, small, and medium enterprises.
