Rotographics (India) is set to become Novalum Materials. The Board approved a 1:5 stock split (₹10 to ₹2 face value) for increased liquidity. It also greenlit acquiring up to 51% of Teneron Ltd. (Aluminium business) and boosted borrowing/investment limits to ₹100 Cr each.
