Rotographics (India) Limited's Board has approved several strategic initiatives. The company plans to acquire up to 51% of Teneron Limited, an advanced non-ferrous metal recycling company with FY25 revenue of ₹7080.04 Cr, marking its entry into the aluminium industry. To enhance liquidity, a 1:5 share split is proposed, changing the face value from ₹10 to ₹2. The company will also change its name to Novalum Materials Limited to align with its new strategic direction. Additionally, the Board approved increasing authorized share capital from ₹25 Cr to ₹40 Cr and boosting borrowing limits up to ₹100 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. A ₹250 Cr related party transaction with Teneron was also approved.
