    Tirupati Forge's Board approved allotting 8.50 lakh new equity shares at ₹32 each by converting outstanding warrants. This completes the full conversion of all 1.176 Cr warrants issued previously, adding ₹2.72 Cr to the company. Paid-up capital is now ₹26.01 Cr.
