Sanmit Infra's board has approved key changes. An Independent Director resigned due to advancing age and health. The company's Statutory Auditor also resigned, citing geographical constraints after their Mumbai branch closure. M/s. S S S S & Associates were appointed as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board decided to distribute the net proceeds from the sale of fractional equity shares, which arose from a previous share consolidation, among eligible shareholders after deducting expenses.
