Orchid Pharma's merger with Dhanuka Labs is now effective. A Record Date of July 23, 2026, has been set to identify Dhanuka Lab shareholders. They will receive 161 Orchid Pharma shares (FV ₹10) for every 5 Dhanuka Lab shares (FV ₹100) they hold. This completes the amalgamation process. Orchid Pharma's authorized capital is now ₹164.51 Cr.
