    SBI completed its Pre-IPO transaction, selling 1.4156% stake (2.88 Cr shares) in SBI Funds Management to 30 investors. The sale generated Rs. 1,655.00 Cr at Rs. 574 per share. This successful divestment precedes the subsidiary's IPO.
