WSFx Global Pay Ltd — Important, 11-07-2026: Company Update

WSFx Global Pay has notified shareholders about the transfer of equity shares with unpaid or unclaimed dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). When dividends remain unclaimed for seven consecutive years, the corresponding shares are subject to transfer. The company previously transferred shares related to FY 2017-18. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from FY 2018-19 onwards must claim them by a stated deadline, otherwise, both dividends and shares will be transferred to IEPF. These assets can later be reclaimed from the IEPF Authority. Updating KYC details is also emphasized for dividend payments.
