Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited — Important, 11-07-2026: Commencement of commercial production/operations

Nuvoco Vistas' subsidiary, Vadraj Cement, inaugurated a 2 MMTPA grinding capacity at its Limla plant, Surat, Gujarat. This ~Rs. 240 Cr investment (part of a Rs. 1,800 Cr VCL acquisition) strengthens Nuvoco's Western India footprint, accessing high-growth markets and boosting total capacity to 35 MMTPA by FY2028.
