Everest Organics Ltd — Important, 11-07-2026: Company Update

Everest Organics Limited's Board has approved the allotment of 2,63,157 fully paid-up Equity Shares to Dr. Sri Kakarlapudi Sirisha, the Managing Director & Promoter. These shares were issued at Rs. 152 per share by converting previously held convertible warrants. This transaction brings in nearly Rs. 4.00 Crore for the company, following the receipt of the balance 75% consideration of approximately Rs. 3.00 Crore. These new shares, allotted to a Promoter, will be subject to an 18-month lock-in period, and the company will seek listing approval from BSE. This move strengthens promoter holding and provides capital infusion.
