This move streamlines operations, as Broadway contributed minimally to financials. Simultaneously, the company plans a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the Netherlands with an investment of up to Euro 5 Million. This strategic WOS will focus on holding R&D assets and pursuing business development for niche therapies, aiming to enhance the product portfolio and expand capabilities in specialized pharmaceutical areas.
