Goodluck India Limited — Board Meeting, 11-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Goodluck India's board approved a 2:1 bonus share issue and adjusted FY26 final dividend from Rs 3 to Re 1 post-bonus. They also gave in-principle nod for corporate restructuring (Goodluck Green Energy merger) and a Rs 275 Cr guarantee for subsidiary Goodluck Defence.
