Sandu Pharmaceuticals' Board acknowledged the sad demise of Managing Director Shri Umesh B. Sandu. To strengthen its leadership, the Board appointed Dr. Neeti Madan Kapre as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Shri Balram Viswanathan was redesignated as Chairman and Managing Director for a three-year term. These significant changes prompted the reconstitution of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committees, and an update to the Vigil Mechanism Policy.
