SBI updated on its subsidiary SBIFM's IPO. A pre-IPO stake sale of 1.4% fetched Rs. 1,655 crore. SBI's offer for sale in the IPO is now revised to 9.95 crore shares (4.88% stake), as part of an overall 8.39% offer from SBIFM.
