    Somany Ceramics Limited — Updates, 13-07-2026: General Updates

    Somany Ceramics will invest Rs 58.8 Cr for 49% in Siravit Ceramics to boost vitrified tile capacity in South India. Further investments include Rs 2 Cr for 50% in V.S. Industries, Nepal, for construction chemicals, and Rs 15 Cr in subsidiary SSCPL for plant modernization.
