India Radiators Limited (the Transferor Company) has announced Friday, 24th July 2026, as the record date for its amalgamation with Mercantile Ventures Limited (the Transferee Company). This date will identify India Radiators shareholders entitled to receive equity shares in Mercantile Ventures as per the scheme. The share exchange ratio is 10 equity shares of Mercantile Ventures (face value INR 10 each) for every 36 equity shares of India Radiators (face value INR 10 each).
