    GSB Finance board approved plans to boost authorized capital to Rs 10 Cr and a preferential issue of 12 lakh shares at Rs 36, raising Rs 4.32 Cr. The company will also change its name to Coffers Finvest Limited. All actions await shareholder approval at an upcoming EOGM.
