    HCLTech's board approved Q1 financial results: consolidated revenue ₹34,579 Cr, profit ₹4,626 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹12/share was declared, payable by July 27. The Jaspersoft acquisition for ₹2,275 Cr ($240M) completed July 1, to be reflected next quarter.
