Virtual Global Education Ltd — Important, 13-07-2026: Company Update

The company's board has approved the financial results for the quarter. It also approved the notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), along with the Directors’ Report. For the AGM, NSDL was appointed for remote e-voting and M/s Chandan J & Associates as Scrutinizer. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed for the AGM. Additionally, Ms. Renu Malik was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. A statement of Deviation and Variation for the quarter was also approved.
