Virtual Global Education Ltd — Important, 13-07-2026: Company Update

Virtual Global Education's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and the Directors’ Report for the last financial year. The company will hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 25. For the AGM, NSDL was appointed for e-voting, and M/s Chandan J & Associates as Scrutinizer. The book closure period for the AGM is set from August 18 to August 25. Additionally, Ms. Renu Malik has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The board also approved the Statement of Deviation and Variation for the quarter.
