    Route Mobile's board approved its subsidiary acquiring Heltar Tech's AI-led omnichannel business for ~₹33.65 Cr (₹23.88 Cr upfront + ₹9.77 Cr deferred). This boosts AI & comms capabilities. They also sanctioned a ₹35 Cr unsecured loan at 9% to the subsidiary for this acquisition and business needs.
