SG Finserve Ltd — Important, 14-07-2026: Company Update

SG Finserve Limited's Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Profit for the quarter was 53.68 Crore from total operations revenue of 136.11 Crore. In strategic developments, the Board gave in-principle approval to evaluate acquiring a 51% stake in Succesship Technologies for up to 20 Crore. They also decided to explore establishing a Finance Company in GIFT City as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Additionally, Mr. Ankit Sharma was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel, following a recent resignation.
