Jet Freight Logistics will acquire a 45% stake in Natwest Trade & Logistics Services – FZCO for 18 Cr cash. This strategic investment expands JFLL's global logistics network, enhances freight forwarding capabilities, and leverages technology for growth in a key logistics hub. Natwest had AED 3,50,000 turnover in Fiscal 2025.
