    VIJI FINANCE's board approved Q1 financial results: Net Profit at ₹1.14 Cr on Revenue of ₹0.89 Cr. They also approved increasing authorized share capital from ₹30 Cr to ₹75 Cr, subject to shareholder nod. New director Mr. Aryaman Kothari appointed.
