Jaykay Enterprises Ltd — Important, 14-07-2026: Company Update

Jaykay Enterprises is set to raise up to Rs. 155 Cr through a rights issue of partly paid-up shares, approved by its Board. These funds will primarily support its wholly-owned subsidiary, JK Defence & Aerospace, for a new manufacturing facility, with remaining capital allocated for general corporate purposes. The company operates across defence & aerospace, digital & advanced systems, and digital services. For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, consolidated operational revenue stood at Rs. 239.65 Cr, with a profit after tax of Rs. 215.65 Cr. Promoters intend to fully subscribe to the issue.
