Achyut Healthcare's Board has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation with Zenith Healthcare Limited. Achyut, with assets of INR 38.09 Cr, turnover of INR 11.97 Cr, and net worth of INR 35.06 Cr, will merge into Zenith, which has assets of INR 10.99 Cr, turnover of INR 10.94 Cr, and net worth of INR 7.42 Cr. Shareholders of Achyut will receive 119 Zenith shares for every 50 Achyut shares.
