Organic Coatings Ltd — Important, 15-07-2026: Company Update

Organic Coatings' board has approved several key changes. The company appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27, replacing the previous internal auditor. Two new Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Ramanathan Ganesh and Mr. Subhash Ambubhai Patel, joined the board, while Mr. Ashwinkumar Harshadrai Raval's term concluded. The board also proposed shifting the Registered Office from Maharashtra to Gujarat, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the company is availing an INR 0.336 Cr working capital loan, and committees were reconstituted with reduced director remuneration.
