ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has announced its board meeting decisions, including approval of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved proposing a name change to 'ICICI Life Insurance Limited,' subject to approvals, to align with the ICICI brand. For the quarter, Profit After Tax surged 27.8% to ₹386 crore, and Value of New Business grew 24.9% to ₹571 crore with a 26.7% margin. New Business Premium increased 21.3% to ₹4,866 crore, driven by a 13.2% rise in policies. Retail new business sum assured grew 45.9% to ₹1.13 lakh crore, reflecting robust protection business growth.
