    Ather Energy's Board approved raising 1,200 Cr via a preferential issue. India-Japan Fund will get equity shares for ~200 Cr, while Hero MotoCorp and promoters will receive warrants for ~1,000 Cr. This fundraise awaits shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM.
