Amara Raja's subsidiary launched a Customer Qualification Plant in Telangana, investing ₹500 Cr. This 60 MWh facility will produce Li-ion cells for OEM validation, accelerating India's battery ecosystem. Commercial production targets 2 GWh by 2027, part of a ₹9,500 Cr Gigafactory program.
