Onix Solar Energy's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. For the quarter, standalone profit was 20.83 Cr on revenue of 93.74 Cr, while consolidated profit reached 20.90 Cr with revenue of 94.51 Cr. The company also announced a new Corporate Office in Rajkot, Gujarat, effective July 14. Further, Mr. Hitesh Kantilal Bhansali, a commerce graduate with broad experience in business strategy and marketing, was appointed as an Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. Key board committees, including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship, were also reconstituted.
