PRIME FRESH LIMITED's Board has approved the appointment of M/s Keshri & Associates as its new statutory auditors. This appointment, spanning a five-year term, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. M/s Keshri & Associates will replace M/s O.P Bhandari & Co., whose second term concludes after the AGM. The new auditors, established in 1983, bring expertise in audit, advisory, and taxation, managed by nine partners with a team of over 25 chartered accountants.
