    Brigade's board put forth for shareholder approval 34.23 lakh warrants for promoters (~₹180.05 Cr) and a new ESOP. It also approved raising up to ₹1500 Cr via NCDs. A final dividend of ₹2/share (20%) for FY25-26 was set. AGM on August 13.
