    Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited — Board Meeting, 15-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    MRPL has announced a board meeting. It approved Q1 consolidated net profit of ₹945.68 Cr, boosted by ₹471.76 Cr exceptional income. New Internal & Cost Auditors were appointed. The board also proposed MOA/AOA amendments and opted for a lower tax rate from FY27.
