Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited — Results, 15-07-2026: Financial Results Updates

MRPL has announced a board meeting on July 15, 2026, where it approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. Consolidated net profit stood at ₹ 945.68 Cr, with revenue from operations at ₹ 41,608.96 Cr. This included an exceptional income of ₹ 471.76 Cr from revised petroleum product prices. The company also decided to adopt a lower income tax rate of 25.168% from Financial Year 2026-27. Additionally, the board appointed Sanjib Kumar Mandal as the new Internal Auditor and M/s Bandyopadhyaya Bhaumik & Co. as the Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. The board further proposed amendments to its Memorandum and Articles of Association for shareholder approval.
