    Aurum PropTech Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 16-07-2026: Preferential issue

    Aurum PropTech will acquire Housing.com (Locon Solutions) for ₹4,580.59 Cr, issuing 1.98 Cr equity shares at ₹231.42 each to REA India as consideration. Separately, 51 lakh convertible warrants, also at ₹231.42 each, will be issued to the promoter for ₹1,180.25 Cr cash. Shareholder approval via EGM on August 14.
