Aurum PropTech's Board approved acquiring 100% of Housing.com (Locon Solutions) from REA for 458.06 Cr via a share swap. This integrates the marketplace and transactions, building a unified AI/data platform for real estate. Separately, 51 lakh warrants were issued to its promoter for 118.02 Cr, and REA gains tag-along rights.
